Is this site a scam? It's stealing my money.

Hello I sent USDT to the address on the Ton network, and the site from which I withdrawed the money did not support memo addresses. Because of this, my money was not transferred to my bc game account. But the money had reached the bc game ton usdt wallet address. The support team persistently asked me for documents, I sent all the documents and even asked me to make a video, which I did. And now I tell them to return the money sent without memo to the sending wallet address, they don't do that, isn't this fraud?  They tell me the money doesn't come into their wallet, isn't it their wallet?   You are stealing my money by saying that the money did not reach them. This wallet address is yours and there are txid records showing that I sent the money and it reached your wallet. First of all, they constantly asked me to contact the site from which I withdraw money. When I contacted the site from which I withdrew the money, they said that the money had been removed from my account. And although my money is in the bc game wallet, the site lies to me and says that the money has not arrived in their accounts. Return the money to the sending wallet. Live support constantly treats me like a fool and tells me to talk to the site I withdraw money from to get my money back.  Why don't you really refund my money? At first, their excuse was the memo address, now when I ask them to return it, their excuse is that the money did not reach them, this is fraud.  I hope you can resolve the issue without taking it to court. Because this is a fraud. If there is no memo address, you will return the money to the sending wallet. All evidence is available. Return the money to the sending wallet.

I told the support team many times that the site I used to withdraw money from did not support memo addresses.  Please refund my money, I'm really tired.

They defrauded me by using the excuse that I did not enter the memo address.  My $244 is still in their wallet, they have not responded to me, they have my money.  @Mary_bcgame Check it and reply back to me  I still haven't gotten my money back

@Mary_bcgame You've been keeping me waiting for a long time  I asked you for my money back and you didn't care about me  Please respond within the day and refund my money without reporting the situation to the Dutch court.  The court will help me win the case with this evidence.  But you are not returning my money with all this evidence.  You can be sure that if I cannot get my money back, I will not hesitate to go to court.  I can ask for 100 times this money as compensation, or I will not hesitate to file a complaint to create problems with the site's license.  Your team is just keeping me busy  Refund my money or pay 100 times this money as compensation in court, the decision is yours.
